星辰花，學名Limonium sinuatum，屬於藍雪科，補血草屬，原產於歐洲及地中海沿岸。圖中品種為「鮭魚色星辰花」。
星辰花，常見的顏色有淺紫、深紫、桃粉、黃、白等顏色，杏粉鮭魚色屬於較少見的特殊顏色，分支像牙刷毛一樣排列，花型較為修長。
星辰花非常適合自製成為乾燥花材，我們看到明顯具有色彩的花朵，其實是星辰花的萼片，真正的花隱藏在萼片之中，這樣的特性使得星辰花在乾燥之後仍保有新鮮時的顏色，乾燥方式也相當簡易，只要倒掛或直接停止供水繼續瓶插在花瓶中，星辰花就會自然乾燥形成乾燥花，自製乾燥花的成功率幾乎是100%，很適合喜歡乾燥花的朋友自行買鮮花回家試試看。

Sea lavender, scientifically known as Limonium sinuatum, belongs to the Plumbaginaceae family and is native to Europe and the Mediterranean coast. The one shown in the picture is a salmon-colored sea lavender.
Sea lavender comes in common colors such as light purple, deep purple, peach, yellow, white, etc. The apricot-pink salmon-colored one is a less common and unique variety, with branches arranged like toothbrush bristles and a more elongated flower shape.
Sea lavender is well-suited for making dried flower arrangements. The visible colorful parts of the flower are actually the sepals, with the true flowers hidden within them. This characteristic allows sea lavender to retain its fresh color even after drying. The drying process is simple, involving either hanging the flowers upside down or placing them directly in a vase without water. sea lavender will naturally dry into dried flowers.
